There are a couple of actors in minor roles who get the accent right, and, while I haven’t looked, my guess is that they’re actually from Baltimore. (I was born and raised in Baltimore so my guess is that my ear is a bit more in tune with what the accent really sounds like).

Also, Elba does a far better job of maintaining his accent than West, whose phrasing slips every now and then.
